Crystal Palace fans will finally be able to start planning the 2026/27 Premier League season today.

The Premier League fixtures are released today (Friday, 19 June) at 10:00 BST. With all 380 matches set to be confirmed. For Palace, this fixture list matters more than usual. It will not just show when the Eagles begin their domestic campaign, but also how the league schedule fits around another European adventure.

Palace are heading into a season with games likely to move time and time again. There is a new league campaign, the first full look at the domestic calendar under Pierre Sage, and a UEFA Europa League schedule that could reshape several Premier League weekends.

Here are the dates and fixtures Palace fans should be keeping an eye on when the list drops.

Opening weekend

The 2026/27 Premier League season begins on the weekend of Saturday, 22 August and Sunday, 23 August.

There is also the chance one match is moved to Friday, 21 August for television, so Palace supporters should keep the whole weekend clear until broadcast selections are confirmed.

The first question is simple: will Palace start at Selhurst Park or away from home?

The Eagles have begun each of the last three Premier League seasons away, so a home opener would immediately feel like a change of rhythm. If Palace are at Selhurst, it would also be Sage’s first competitive home league match in charge.

First home game at Selhurst Park

Even if Palace are sent away on the opening weekend again, the first home match will be one of the biggest early dates on the calendar.

The first Selhurst Park league game always carries a different feeling. It is the first proper return of Glad All Over, the first look at the new-season side in front of the home support, and this year it could also be the first chance for Palace fans to properly welcome a new era.

Whoever the opponent is, this will be one of the dates to circle.

Brighton home and away

The Brighton fixtures will be among the first Palace fans look for.

Palace have enjoyed their recent trips to the south coast, winning at Brighton in each of the last two seasons. The Eagles are also unbeaten in four against their rivals, so both derby dates will carry extra weight when the schedule is released.

The away game will be especially important for supporters planning travel, while the Selhurst Park meeting will instantly become one of the most in-demand home matches of the season.

Boxing Day

Boxing Day falls on a Saturday in 2026, which means Palace fans can expect a more traditional festive Premier League feel.

Palace did not play on 26 December last season, with their first post-Christmas game coming two days later against Tottenham. This time, Boxing Day should be one of the standout dates of the campaign.

A home match would be a major ticket draw. An away match could become one of the big supporter trips of the winter.

Post-Europa League weekends

This is the part of the fixture list Palace fans should study closely.

Palace will play in the Europa League league phase, with matches scheduled across September, October, November, December and January. Any Premier League game originally placed on a Saturday after a Thursday European fixture could be moved to Sunday.

The weekends to watch are likely to be those after the Europa League matchdays, especially around:

19/20 September 2026

17/18 October 2026

24/25 October 2026

7/8 November 2026

28/29 November 2026

12/13 December 2026

23/24 January 2027

30/31 January 2027

These dates could become crucial for travel, rest, rotation and ticket planning.

FA Cup third round weekend

Palace will enter the FA Cup in the third round, with ties scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, 9 January 2027.

That will arrive during a busy winter period, especially with Europa League matchdays also returning later in January. If Palace are still balancing domestic form and Europe, this could be one of the first major squad-management tests of the season.

Final day

The Premier League season ends on Sunday, 30 May 2027, with all ten matches kicking off at the same time.

Palace have had memorable final-day moments in recent years, including the 5-0 win over Aston Villa in 2024. Nobody will know what is riding on the final game until much later in the campaign, but the opponent will still be one of the most interesting details when the fixtures are released.

Europa League dates also matter

Palace will learn their Europa League league phase opponents on Friday, 28 August.

The final is scheduled for Wednesday, 26 May 2027 in Frankfurt. It is a long way away, but Palace supporters know better than most that European dreams can become real very quickly.

For now, the Premier League fixture list is the next major marker. By 10:00 BST today, Palace fans will know when the season starts, when Brighton awaits, when Selhurst Park gets its first league day of the campaign, and which weekends could be shaped by Europe.
