How to get to Kansas City Stadium:If you’re heading to the game at Kansas City Stadium (Arrowhead Stadium), things will work differently than what many Kansas Citians are accustomed to, starting with parking. Officials with KC2026 urge anyone attending to plan ahead. If you are driving yourself, you must prepay for parking through FIFA’s World Cup Parking website. Spots are expensive and nearly sold out. Spots on StubHub are going for between $100 and $400. FIFA has commandeered many of the parking spaces typically used for Kansas City Chiefs and Royals games for fan activities and other World Cup operations. With parking greatly reduced, organizers recommend attendees take the KC Connect 26 Stadium Direct Shuttle Bus service. Close to 11,000 people have already purchased tickets for the shuttle service which runs to and from the following locations:FIFA Fan Fest Bus Mall at 2644 Warwick Trafficway, Kansas City, MissouriCountry Club Plaza at 41 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd., Kansas City, MissouriGraceway Church at 8611 E. 55th St., Kansas City, MissouriIndependence Center at 18801 E. 39th St. S., Independence, MissouriNorth Kansas City at 520 E. 19th Ave., North Kansas City, MissouriOak Park Mall at 11855 W. 95th St., Overland Park, KansasNOTE: The shuttle services from North Kansas City and Oak Park Mall are SOLD OUT. Only clear bags 12″ x 6″ by 12″ or smaller will be allowed.Banners and flags are allowed for the match, however, they cannot be larger than 78″ x 60″. For fans looking to beat the heat, one factory sealed clear plastic 20 oz. water bottle per person is allowed. No glass or metal containers will be allowed.
