when u realize "little guy" is taller than me, and I ain't no small either (6′ 2″)
Jokic > Embiid if you really know ball … it’s just delusional Philly fans that will never admit
Jokic actually has a claim for top 5 centers of all time
Kobe's eye for talent is pretty similar to Jerry West's and I simply love the full circle going on there.
5:56 Jokic pointing out the Portland player #11 for being in the paint for 3 seconds, player backs out, Jokic moves in, smart. 😂😂
fun fact : Nikola Jokic and Novak Djokovic have identical smile 😀
Jokic has some truth. In my mind there’s only two bigs in history who actually gave Shaq problems: Tim Duncan and Hakeem. And what did they have in common? They both has the skill to face up and make Shaq guard their huge array of moves and shots, which Jokic has as well. I’m not saying Jokic would dominate a prime Shaq, bc there isn’t a man alive or dead who could have done that, but he could definitely give Shaq some headaches
Real recognize real
Jokic is to weak to stop the power of Shaq
Shaq is to old school and metronomic to predict the wild imagination and finesse of Jokic
It's safe to say, neither one of them can defensively lock down the other !
Chamberlain reached 20,000 points in his NBA career in only his 499th (fastest ever)
Shaquille O'Neal is the ninth-fastest player to reach 20,000 career points (727 games).
Nikola Jokic has put up 11,419 points in his career. (569 games) 8 seasons?
Remind me what dominate is?
Just how many players who would have been a handful for Shaquille O'Neal?
Wilt Chamberlain (at the very least a physical match for shaq )
Bill Russell (found a way to slow down everyone he ever played, by team defence )
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (modern era he would be more athletic with more muscle mass)
Nate Thurmond (he played every penny of his size, player more ripped than anyone in his era )
Wes Unseld (nobody to mess with? )
Hakeem Olajuwon (his accolades speak for themselve )
Don't talk about player efficiency rating, it's a modern way of reducing the greats of the past and reinforcing the sports broadcasters picks of modern basketball?
Just imagine stats that are not counted, especially Bill Russell & Wilt Chamberlain, they both would be higher by a considerable degree and Wilt with his blocked shots and steals would be far higher (probably above) MJ & LeBron?
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar: 3,189 career blocks and 1,160 steals in his career.
You think that Bill Russell and Wilt Chamberlain couldn't match those or better?
entire NBA pass on Joker
Shaq would be a role player at best in today's NBA.
Kobe would have been a great gm.
How would he do against Hakeem? That would have been a great match up
My opinion that the nuggets will win the championship in 2023 if everyone stays healthy
bryants and shaqs statements are even more so interesting considering the media clowns who ridiculed jokic. doesnt make a good impression on the draft system too
Jokic is the best player in basketball
to call kobe a role model should be acrime.
this man had not consensual sexual interactions with a 19 year old and even admitted it.
if thats a rolemodel… i dont want to live up to this shitty standards.
Does Shaq guarded anybody?
НИКОЛА ЈОКИЋ НОВАК ЂОКОВИЋ !!!!
NIKOLA JOKIĆ NOVAK DjOKOVIĆ !!!!!
Jokic relies mostly on his size and that is not enough when going against prime Shaq. Jokic nowhere near Akeem Olajuwan who Shaq could not contain.
Jokic would be in foul trouble guarding shaq. AD took care of him in the 2020 playoff…sure the offense runs through him now so of course his numbers are great…I don’t think he can carry the team in the playoff.
It's like Nash and Duncan had a son.
