One that promised so much but there were multiple setbacks before a ball had even been kicked. The summer transfer window was destabilising.
When the action got underway, they struggled for consistency, particularly from in the Premier League and didn’t learn from their mistakes because the same thing, late goals, kept happening again and again and again.
