Telling the story of the both the Hyde Park and Sydenham Crystal Palaces, the Crystal Palace Museum features a series of unique images, large scaled models of the Crystal Palace and showcases displaying ceramics and other items.

Reopening this weekend following a year’s closure due to a fire, the museum has now been taken over by the Crystal Palace Park Trust.

The Museum was founded in 1990 by a group of devoted and passionate volunteers. Their enthusiasm for the park’s unique heritage and generous donations from the public kept it alive for 35 years, before it closed due a fire in 2025.
