Bruno Fernandes has broken the all-time Premier League record for the most assists in a single campaign.
His assist for Patrick Dorgu against Brighton was his 21st of the season and sees him surpass Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne’s previous record of 20.
In addition, the Manchester United captain was presented with the Playmaker award on Sunday after finishing the campaign with the most assists of any player in the top flight.
Manchester City’s Rayan Cherki came second with a total of 12, while West Ham United’s Jarrod Bowen placed third with 11.
