The centre back said the team have to finish the season with no regrets, and any type of European qualification would be “fantastic” – but its contingent on them making sure they perform in the final two matches.
They face Manchester City at home a week today, before travelling to Nottingham for the final game of the season on Sunday, May 24.
They are in the driving seat to reach Europe, and still could qualify for all three European competitions.
“Obviously, any type of Europe is fantastic,” Hill told the Daily Echo.
“But we have to focus on ourselves. The more points we get, the best opportunity we’ve got of receiving something really nice at the end of the season.

“And then how everything plays out is up to other teams. But we just got to focus on ourselves and at the end of the season, leave with no regrets and we’ve left it out all on the pitch and we’ve done everything we possibly could.
“But if we take some type of Europe this season, it’d be absolutely incredible.
“But we’ve just got to focus on that next game. And just keep pushing.
“Three points is the only thing that we’re thinking about going into that next game. So yeah, we just need to keep pushing and keep believing.”
Hill said the mentality in the squad is strong and they back themselves to get results even when games are not going their way.

“We’re going to these games, obviously 16 unbeaten,” he said.
“I think we don’t worry too much about if games aren’t going our favour in the first half because we know how well we can finish off games and start games.
“Like, I think in previous games, we’ve gone full games, just full tilt and haven’t stopped. For example, Crystal Palace was from minute one to the end.
“I thought the fans were absolutely incredible [vs Fulham] to keep us going.
“Coming into that dressing room, it was only about, lads, it’s possible that we can go and win this game, and you just have to have the belief to keep going and show today.”
