Maggie Richardson from Dorset, known as the ‘Seaside Baker’ from the 2021 series, will take part in the Wimborne Food Festival on September 19.

She will share stories from her time on the show and host a live cooking demonstration, offering a ‘mouthwatering treat’ for fans and food lovers.

Maggie will reveal her tips for making perfect choux pastry.

She said: “I’m delighted to be asked back to Wimborne Food Festival.

“It’s such a positive event for the town.”

Since appearing on Bake Off, Maggie has completed courses in England and Europe and trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.

Wimborne Food Festival, now in its third year, is organised by Wimborne BID with support from Dacombes of Wimborne.

It brings together chefs, producers, restaurants, and food enthusiasts for a packed day of free tastings and demos.
