Hill has been a key part of that run, coming in at centre back two games beforehand and being a crucial factor as Bournemouth have improved defensively.
That was shown yet again with an excellent performance at the back against Fulham on Saturday, as the Cherries set a new record for clean sheets in the Premier League, at 11.
Reflecting on the 1-0 win at Craven Cottage, Hill told the Daily Echo: “It’s absolutely incredible.
“Obviously, credit to the lads, another clean sheet in the bag going to the end of the season and just puts us in good stead going into the next games.
“The next two games are going to be really, really tough, but we’re just focusing on that next one, which is City, and it’s going to be such a tough game, but we’re really looking forward to it.

“Our attitude going into games is about coming out with three points, and I think the lads were absolutely superb today. And yeah, as much as it was really, really tough, we enjoyed every moment.”
The first half didn’t see too many clear cut chances for either team, but there was a flurry of drama at the end of the opening 45.
Ryan Christie was sent off for Bournemouth, which prompted a good five-minute spell for the hosts with a man advantage.
But they threw away that advantage when Joachim Andersen saw red in stoppage time for a poor challenge on Adrien Truffert.
On the two red cards, Hill said: “I thought Ry’s one was really unlucky.
“And I also thought the second one did catch him quite high and we didn’t know if the two feet were off the floor.

“I couldn’t really see from the shots, all of them were really quick.
“And we did think that when it slowed down on replay that it does make Ryan’s one look a lot worse than what it actually is.
“But listen, the situation you’ve got to deal with on the pitch and I thought the lads were incredible just to keep your head down and just keep going.”
Once Bournemouth took the lead eight minutes after the interval, it was an impressive performance in defence to keep Fulham at bay and maintain the clean sheet to earn all three points.
“That’s what I think we’ve improved on massively throughout the season,” Hill said.
“I think we understand now to see out games and not lose games and wait for our chance and be patient.
“I think we’ve done that really, really well today, and through that we managed to get the goal and take the three points.”
