Bookmakers have revised their predicted final Premier League table, with a change for Leeds United after a fresh boost for one of their relegation rivals.

According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, Leeds moved nine points clear of the drop with Friday’s 3-1 win over Burnley, staying ahead of Tottenham, West Ham and Nottingham Forest, who each had a game in hand.

West Ham then lost 3-0 at Brentford on Saturday, leaving them seven behind Leeds with three matches remaining. Defeat for West Ham at home to Arsenal on Sunday would make Leeds mathematically safe, and given goal difference even a draw would realistically suffice.

Crystal Palace were beaten at Bournemouth, dropping below Leeds on goal difference. Tottenham won 2-1 at Aston Villa to climb out of the bottom three and now sit one point above West Ham and six behind Leeds, who they host on Monday night.

Nottingham Forest won 3-1 at Chelsea to move within one point of Leeds. In the wake of that result, bookmakers altered their relegation odds and updated their predicted final table, reflecting a Leeds adjustment.
