Giving a grade on the tier ranking website for each national team in Europe! Please note that these grades/rankings are heavily weighed in on the expectations for each of these teams. For example obviously Ireland finished above Luxembourg in the World Cup qualifiers, but people were probably not expecting Ireland to struggle for so long throughout the year.
