Joshua Vallis, 23, of Shirley Road, appeared at Southampton Crown Court on May 6, 2026, where he pleaded guilty to nine offences, including the sexual assaults of three girls.
He admitted two charges of sexual assault of girls under the age of 13 – one at Romsey Rapids where he touched a young girl, and also at West Sands Caravan Park in Chichester on April 3, 2021.

He also pleaded guilty to a third sexual assault of a girl under 13 in Romsey between 2021 and 2024.
Vallis, who wore a suit with blue tie during the court appearance, also admitted voyeurism at Romsey Rapids.
He also admitted taking 33 category B and 194 category C indecent images of children between July 2020 and July 2024.
He pleaded guilty to making 119 category C indecent images of children, possessing 19 category B images, and possessing 1,081 category C images at a Southampton address.
Gemma White, mitigating, said he had no basis of plea to submit to the court but said that some of the offending took place before Vallis had turned 18.
Judge Nicholas Rowland adjourned the case for sentencing to allow for a pre-sentence report.
He said: “The outcome is unavoidable but there should be a report.”
Vallis will be sentenced at Southampton Crown Court on June 3.
He remains on bail with conditions not to contact the victims.
He is also banned from contact with under-18s, from living in an address with anyone under 18, and is subject to a curfew.
Leaving court following the brief hearing, Vallis pulled his blazer over his face before getting into a waiting car.
