An open-top bus will leave Portman Road at 11.30am, travelling through the town centre down to Christchurch Park tomorrow (May 4).
Large screens will be installed in the park, allowing spectators to watch the parade live as its makes its way through the town centre.

The bus will leave Portman Road stadium at 11.30am before travelling down Sir Alf Ramsay Way and Portman Road, before heading to Crown Street via Civic Drive.
From there, it’s a straight drive across Bolton Lane and Westerfield Road, before entering Christchurch Park.
Some entrances to Christchurch Park will not be accessible for public entry including Westerfield Road gate and Bolton Lane gate.
Spectators have been told that flares and smoke grenades are not allowed.
An council spokesman added: “To keep the parade moving smoothly and the celebrations flowing, we encourage everyone to spread out along the whole route and enjoy the action from lots of great viewing spots.
“Please cheer from the pavements, stay behind barriers where they’re in place, and avoid following alongside the bus. Keeping the road clear helps the parade run safely and smoothly — so everyone, especially our younger fans, can relax and enjoy every moment!”
Kieran McKenna’s promotion winning team will then address fans in the park, with the celebrations expected to last until 12.45pm.

“We’re absolutely delighted to be hosting this event, to allow supporters to come together and celebrate this amazing achievement.
“It’s not only a huge moment for supporters, but it will bring real benefits to our local economy, attracting more visitors into the town centre and supporting local businesses.”
