Gabriel Gudmundsson is expected to miss at least the next two games for Leeds in a blow for boss Daniel Farke.
The defender has suffered a hamstring injury and will not play on Friday against Burnley, while Farke says he is likely to miss the following clash with Spurs too.
“Hamstring injury, bit of a serious injury,” Farke said.
“He will definitely miss the game on Friday and probably the Tottenham game and then we have to see.
“We want to bring him back as quickly as possible and I hope he can feature in one of the last two games but as it stands we’ll have to play the next two without him.”
Farke could also be without two other key players for Friday’s clash. Noah Okafor is struggling with a calf problem while Jaka Bijol has a hip issue.
“Noah Okafor got a hit on his calf, there’s a little question mark,” Farke explained. “Jaka Bijol is dealing with some problems with his hip flexor. I hope to have both available but I can’t tell you if they will be.”
