Liverpool and Everton have increased the price of season tickets for the 2026/27 season but they are not the only Premier League clubs to do so

Liverpool and Everton have announced the price of season tickets will rise for 2026/27. But not every Premier League club has made the same decision.
The current top-flight campaign will soon end, with Arne Slot’s Reds now looking likely to qualify for next season’s Champions League and Everton not entirely out of the race for a European place.
But not all was breezy at Anfield during Liverpool’s latest 3-1 win over Crystal Palace. Fan groups organised a protest over planned ticket price increases for the 2026/27 season, with supporters raising the yellow card to this proposal in the 13th minute of the game.
The club plans to increase prices by a general three per cent next term, which would mean the cheapest on offer would cost fans around £734. Everton will also increase their prices, and their cheapest adult option is £640. Here, The ECHO looks at how this compares to the rest of the league.

Arsenal lead the way at the top of the table, with next season’s cheapest adult season ticket priced at £967. The top three are in fact all London clubs, with Chelsea in second place at £880 and Tottenham third at £856.

Spurs have frozen their prices for 2026/27, while Chelsea are yet to reveal their costs following the end of a lengthy price freeze last year. Aston Villa have also yet to confirm next season’s pricing, though the temporary closure of their North Stand means their cheapest season ticket could be set at £804. Liverpool rank fifth on the list, with Everton in ninth.
While Manchester United’s cheapest adult season ticket covering all 19 home Premier League fixtures next season will cost £646, Manchester City’s equivalent will set supporters back just £425.
This represents the second-cheapest option in the division, with only West Ham, whose top-flight status remains uncertain, offering a more affordable season ticket at £345. Both the relegated Burnley and Wolves have been excluded.
It is also worth noting that figure only reflects their 2025/26 pricing, which remains subject to change for the following campaign. United sit eighth on the current list, which incorporates 2025/26 prices for clubs such as the Hammers and Chelsea, who are yet to confirm their ticket costs ahead of 2026/27.

As for the most significant price hike, Sunderland supporters face a 12 per cent increase across the board following a successful season in the Premier League.
Coventry City will compete in the top flight next season and have established a loyalty package during their promotion push, meaning their most affordable ticket will be priced at £500, placing them in 16th position. Alongside Spurs and City, both Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace have frozen prices for 2026/27 thus far.
