We can confirm that our trip to Stamford Bridge in Matchweek 37 of the Premier League has been moved following Chelsea’s progress to the FA Cup Final.
We will now travel to SW6 on Tuesday 19 May with an 8.15pm kick-off. The match will be televised live on Sky Sports.
Chelsea beat Leeds 1-0 in Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final and will face Manchester City in the final back at Wembley on Saturday 16 May.
