Benjamin Sesko is grateful towards the help he receives in training at Manchester United, with just five games remaining in his debut campaign.

At 22-years-old, Benjamin Sesko has plenty of time on his side to develop into an elite centre-forward. He’s not quite there yet, but he has shown plenty of promise in his first season at Old Trafford.

Manchester United have five games left to play this season, and Sesko has 10 goals in 30 games across all competitions. The Slovenian forward will be aiming to finish the campaign as strongly as possible with more goal contributions.

It doesn’t help that United is lacking competition for strikers in the squad, as Joshua Zirkzee faces an uncertain future due to limited game time.

Sesko’s first season at Old Trafford has been a learning curve for the young centre-forward.

Arriving from RB Leipzig, Sesko has no Premier League experience, but he is keen to learn from his seniors in the squad.

Sesko has told Sky Sports he is grateful for the help Bruno Fernandes gives him in training.

“I’m also getting a lot of instructions from Bruno,” Sesko said.

“Every single training, after training, sometimes before training. Whatever he tells you, just do it, don’t think twice. And that’s what I said. I’m really grateful to have this opportunity to be around him.”

United fans will hope to see an even better Sesko next season, with the team set to be competing in the Champions League.

That means more matches and opportunities to score goals for United’s centre-forward.
