Between April 2024 and March 2025, police found drugs and cash moved between Bournemouth and Southampton before being distributed across the country.
Titini and Gjoci would organise the commercial-scale sales, while orchestrating those beneath them who managed buyers across the UK.
Gjoci was arrested in March last year while Titini fled to Verona and was extradited in December.

It was said Skepi would prepare the cocaine while Vladimir Rina and Dejvin Rina both played significant roles in distributing it.
Skepi stored large amounts of cocaine and cash in his Southampton home, and paid himself from the money he collected.
He was arrested in January 2025 after officers raided his home and found 3.1 kilos of cocaine, £24,540 in cash and a hand-written ledger of the drugs he delivered.

They went onto hire a self-drive van and cleared out a drug preparation lab in Southampton.
By March 2025 officers discovered a rental property in Pauntley Road, Bournemouth, being used to prepare and supply cocaine.
