Chelsea’s attempts to add players to their first team squad with first team experience has seen them hold new talks over the possible signing of Noah Sadiki from Sunderland.
Blues supporters have been crying out for a change to their transfer policy after an insistence on bringing in younger players with high potential.
A new midfielder is reportedly on the club’s shortlist amid reports that Enzo Fernandez is not convinced regarding his own future at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea hold further talks with Sunderland’s Noah Sadiki
When looking at the top performers in the Premier League this season, they don’t come much higher than Noah Sadiki, who Sunderland brought in for just £15m.
The Blues have been tracking the midfielder since December, and journalist Sacha Tavolieri has stated that the Blues held new talks with his representatives last week over a possible summer move.

He said: “Chelsea Football Club are continuing discussions for Noah Sadiki!
“New talks have taken place last week between the Blues’ management and the player’s camp to renew their interest.
“Sadiki remains well positioned on the English club’s shortlist, as revealed on December 12.”
Chelsea have also been linked to Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott as they look to make good on Behdad Eghbali’s promise that the transfer policy is changing in West London.

Other than when he featured at the African Cup of Nations, Sadiki has been an ever-present in an overperforming Sunderland side this season.
He has made 209 defensive contributions so far this season, and while this is 100 less than Blues stalwart Moises Caicedo, he is truly in a class of his own in this category.
Sadiki has completed nearly 60% of his dribbles as well as 85% of his passes, suggesting that he is very difficult to dispossess when he gets hold of the ball.
Chelsea fans will get an up close look at the transfer target when they make the trip to the Stadium of Light on the final day of the season.
