Fresh off the back of winning March’s Championship Goal of the Month award, the Northern Ireland ace is in the running for another accolade.
The beautiful 35-yard curling effort found the top corner with precision, doubling Southampton’s lead in what would be a 2-0 win.

Charles is one of three Championship players up for the award, alongside Swansea’s Josh Tymon and Leicester’s Abdul Fatawu.
League One Cardiff’s Dylan Lawlor has also made the cut, as has Barnsley’s Reyes Cleary.
The winner will be announced during Sunday night’s award ceremony, which can be watched live on Sky Sports Football from 8.30pm.
