Brilliant goals from 17-year old Rio Ngumoha and Mohamed Salah secure a much-needed win for Liverpool.
It ends a run of three consecutive losses in all competitions and three without a win in the Premier League, and lifts some of the pressure off Arne Slot.
The Reds close the gap on fourth-placed Aston Villa to two points and, more importantly, are four clear of sixth-placed Chelsea ahead of Sunday’s fixtures.
