7 Buttermarket, which used to be occupied by Bonbon café, is set to go to auction next month with a guide price of £100,000 after lying empty for some years.

Bonbon moved out of the site in 2023 after they took over the former Patisserie Valerie premises located further down the Buttermarket.

The property is being advertised by Auction House East Anglia who are describe the site as: “Occupying a prominent position in one of the town’s main shopping streets is this vacant Freehold retail premises configured over three floors including the basement.

“Offering a great deal of character, the property offers approximately 825 sq ft (76.7 sq m) of accommodation and would lend itself to a variety of trades.”
