At 2am on April 9, a Groovy Chick tote bag was found with an iPad, Easter egg, women’s clothing and a pair of Nike Jordan trainers inside, with police believing that it had been stolen.

A spokesperson for Bournemouth Police said: “At around 2am on Thursday 9 April 2026, we recovered a bag in Malmesbury Park Road that we believe was stolen.
“We are keen to hear from anyone who believes they have had items matching the ones described stolen recently.
“If you suspect the recovered items are yours, please get in touch with a full description of the item, including what is on the lock screen of the iPad and a passcode to the device to prove it is yours.”
