The overeager fan leapt onto the green at about 4.15pm on Saturday (April 11), during Norwich City and Ipswich Town’s fierce clash at Carrow Road, which ended in a 2-0 loss for the Canaries.
It is understood the fan got on the pitch as Marcelino Nunez, who left City for rivals Ipswich in a shock £10m move last year, was celebrating in front of fans and tried to make his way to him.
The invader was then bundled off by stewards. It is unclear if any further action was taken.

Only six people were arrested on derby day, Norfolk Constabulary have confirmed.
The arrests were made for offences including criminal damage, common assault, being drunk and disorderly, and affray
A large-scale joint police operation between Norfolk and Suffolk, which included boats, horse-mounted officers and drones buzzing in the sky, was put in place to manage disorder.
Chief Superintendent Wes Hornigold, the match-day policing commander, said: “My thanks go to everybody at Carrow Road this afternoon.
“We know this match holds great significance for both sets of supporters.
“Our primary responsibility is to keep people safe; we’ve been able to do that as well as balance the needs of supporters.”
