I’ve been a football fan my whole life and for years I kept track of games I went to in a notes app, dates, scores, quick thoughts, nothing fancy. It was messy, but it meant something to me. About a year ago I decided to build something better and started Fanalyzd. The idea from day one was basically Letterboxd for football: log matches you watch, rate them, write your thoughts, keep track of stadiums. But just as important was the social side. Seeing what your friends watched, disagreeing on ratings, arguing about whether a game was amazing or awful. Football has always been shared, so Fanalyzd was built to be personal and social at the same time.
