Hampshire County Council intends to make an order that highways works will require the closure of 21 roads across the New Forest.
The closures are part of a temporary order made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Works will begin today, April 6, with the order lasting for a maximum period of 18 months.
The full list of roads across the New Forest that will be affected and temporarily closed includes:
Northfield Road, Ringwood (between Salisbury Road and Gorley Road)
Court Lane, Sopley (between Ringwood Road and North Ripley Road)
Rod Lane, Ringwood (between Christchurch Road and Long Lane)
Gorley Road, Ringwood (between Snails Lane and Cowpitts Lane)
Hundred Lane, Boldre (between Hundred Lane and Jordans Lane)
Fernhills Road, Hythe and Dibden (between Roseberry Avenue and the termination)
North Ripley Road, Sopley (between Court Lane and Ann Lane)
Stopples Lane, Hordle (between Ashley Lane and Stoneleigh Avenue)
Prospect Place, Hythe and Dibden (between Jones Lane and Pylewell Road)
Winsor Road, Totton and Eling (between Pollards Moor Road and Whitemoor Lane)
Robin Gardens, Totton and Eling (between Nightingale Drive and the termination)
Bridge Street, Fordingbridge (between Ringwood Road B3078 and High Street)
Waterditch Road, Bransgore (between Hawthorn Road and Lyndhurst Road)
Cadnam Lane, Copythorne (between Spindlewater on Old Romsey Road and Southampton Road)
Priestlands Close, Netley Marsh (between Woodlands Road and the termination)
Tatchbury Lane, Netley Marsh (between Winsor Lane and A336 Ringwood Road)
West Street, Ringwood (between Strides Lane and the termination)
Main Road, Boldre (between Walhampton Hill and Main Road)
Beckley Road, Bransgore (between A35 and Beckley Cross Road)
Lyndhurst Road, Bransgore (between Croft Road and the four-way junction of Lyndhurst Road and Ringwood Road)
Common Road, Bransgore (between Common Road and the termination)
Temporary speed restrictions are not in place on any New Forest routes.
