FC Porto secured a reduction in ticket prices for its fans travelling to Nottingham Forest for the second leg of the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals.
Initially, the English club had set the price at 35 euros for the tickets allocated to Porto supporters at the City Ground. However, after talks between the two clubs, Nottingham Forest agreed to lower that amount.
As a result, tickets for FC Porto fans will now cost 28 euros, the same price the blue-and-white club set for English supporters for the first leg, scheduled for 8:00 pm on 9 April at the Estádio do Dragão.
The trip to England is scheduled for 8:00 pm on 16 April at the City Ground, also for the UEFA Europa League quarter-finals.
This establishes a policy of reciprocity between the two clubs, with the same unit price for visiting supporters in both matches of the tie. The measure comes after FC Porto sought an agreement with Nottingham Forest, advocating for aligned pricing across the two games.
