Goncalo Ramos is being linked with Chelsea and other Premier League teams as he moves towards the exit at PSG.

Transfer season is creeping up on us, week by week, and Chelsea have a few rumours bubbling to the surface.

TeamTalk have thrown us into the mix as a side apparently keen on Goncalo Ramos of PSG. Chelsea and Newcastle are both apparently interested should he want to leave the Parisian giants.

PSG paid €80m to Benfica for the striker, who is still just 24. It’s not clear how much he would cost, but given the likes of Dortmund and RB Leipzig are being linked, we can’t see the asking price being too far above something like €50m.

We’re really not fans of Ramos here. He’s a good penalty box finisher, but he’s built for front running teams like PSG who dominate teams and create loads of chances, and just need someone to put them away in games where their first choice attackers aren’t available.

We can see him really struggling with the physicality of the Premier League, and hope Chelsea don’t pursue this one.
