Franco Manca, in Bournemouth Square, has been left bare, with its interior and exterior fixtures removed.
The chain has 68 sites across the country, and the Bournemouth restaurant has been marked as permanently closed on Google.
However, the business has not acknowledged the closure on its local social media pages.
Franco Manca first opened in 2008, serving sourdough Neapolitan pizzas in Brixton Market.
The pizzeria serves up a range of sourdough dishes, including vegan and vegetarian options, as well as salads and smaller bites.
Dorset’s closest venues are now in Southampton or Exeter.
It was previously reported the Bournemouth site would be temporarily closed in February last year for refurbishment.
It has also been announced that Bobby’s Beauty Hall, which neighbours the former pizzeria, is also set to close.
The beauty hall announced two new retail units are set to takeover the space, although named brands are yet to be announced.
