I have found the ferry staff always pleasant and helpful.
Another great asset to Dorset’s holiday business.
I do object to yet another company telling the public that their cash is no longer welcome.
I also object to the person who decided that a machine is far better value than a member of staff.
I would like to ask “What happens when there is an electric failure or the machine breaks down ?”.
Are you going to magic up staff from nowhere or will you just close the operation till power is restored?
I will not be using the ferry anymore and I hope others follow in support of the staff who will lose their jobs.
