Cassiano Kiala is a rising star, and Chelsea are apparently among the clubs who will try to persuade him to sign for them this summer.
Chelsea are being linked with a number of young players as they continue their project of acquiring the best talents in the world.
Next up is Cassiano Kiala. CaughtOffside are today reporting that the young defender is top of the Blues’ list. There were some whispers at the tail end of 2025, but with the summer window closing in it seems things are intensifying again.
Man City are also interested, and reports claim that the player’s father has been in London for “private discussions with two Premier League clubs.”
It won’t be easy to sign such a talent, and it will be down to Chelsea to convince him he’s got a better pathway to first team football at Stamford Bridge than anywhere else. Right now, as we struggle to get into the Champions League, it’s a hard sell. Kiala made his debut for Bayern back in December, and will hope for a major step up next season.
