He was running around like a mad dog in a friendly. Had it been an unforeseen injury it’d be understandable but a muscle injury in a friendly during the business end of the season is just ridiculous.
Our players should lie about discomfort to avoid these stupid friendlies

He could’ve prioritized the club more, but it feels like he was focused on impressing and securing a spot for the World Cup.

Ngl I’m one for calling out the fanbase for being wrong but in this instance they are kinda in the right. Raphina shouldn’t have been playing so instantly for a meaningless friendly. Arteta had the right idea of making his team focus on CL and the league.

He likes to put pressure in every game, he plays the same vs Madrid than vs Albacete, if he got injured is bad luck.
I’m sure he’s the first one blaming himself for that, he doesn’t need 3 trillions messages on his socials about how bad he’s and how we should sell him, like same fanbase does to Araujo, Ferran, Balde, Kounde… and then it’s the same fanbase that will cry if we sell them for pennies after they gave them bad pr for a whole year and nobody wants them.
Not a Barca fan but love Raphinha and hated to see it. For what it’s worth from an objective standpoint I don’t think it’s necessarily his fault but he also wasn’t blameless. As someone else mentioned the way him and vini treated the game was night and day. And vinis been pressing and running a lot lately in club games. IMO neither should have been playing in a friendly but also Raphinha was playing his ass off with champions league and final stretch of La liga the following weeks.
