Trailing 1-0 at the interval after Jake Harvey scored from the spot, goals from Jack Hughes and Will Prior turned the game in Swanage’s favour and they moved into fourth in the Dorset Premier League.
Electric started the game well and tested Swans keeper Taylor Hibbs in the first minute with a powerful effort, but the stopper was equal to it and saved well.
At the other end, Hughes just missed the target with a good effort of his own, before Prior shot just over the bar with an audacious effort from just inside the Electric half.
Hibbs again had to produce another good save to keep the game at 0-0, as Swanage threatened through Josh Reavenall-Neuete and Hughes.
The latter drew a good save out of impressive 16-year-old keeper Lucas Phillips, but it was Electric who took the lead before the interval.
With 35 minutes on the clock, the visitors got the breakthrough from the spot with the penalty dispatched by captain Harvey.
The Swans sought a way back into the game after the break and began to impose themselves on the match.
Reavenall-Nuete, Prior and Hughes all went close, as Phillips produced some good saves to keep his side in the lead.
But Hughes drew Swanage level with an excellent equaliser as he cut inside from the left before powering the ball into the top corner.
Two minutes later, the hosts took the lead as top scorer Prior kept his composure and found the back of the net.
Electric were reduced to ten men when Ohameje was sent off, before Prior had a low penalty saved by Phillips as Swanage missed the chance to extent the lead.
Prior and Hughes both went close again, and, despite a late rally from the visitors, the Swans held firm to claim all three points.
They move up to fourth in the league and continue their unbeaten run at home.
