Disabled Supporters

There are 16 pairs of Wheelchair Disabled and Personal Assistant tickets available, with Ambulant tickets to be taken from the main allocation. Wheelchair supporters are charged their relevant age category, with Personal Assistants admitted free of charge.

How To Buy

Online

Visit dcfc.co.uk and click ‘TICKETS’ then, under the ‘TICKETS’ section, click ‘AWAY TICKETS’.

Use your email address and password to log into the system. If there’s an issue, click the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page. If the issue persists, email [email protected].

Phone (Subject to £1 per ticket Booking Fee)

Call 0871 472 1884 ^ between 10am-4pm on Monday-Saturday and select Option 1. Ensure your contact details are readily available including Fan ID, Full Name, Full Address and Date of Birth.

Tickets can either be posted up to 72 hours before matchday and are subject to £3.00 per Transaction Postage Fee or can collected from the Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, which is open 10am-4pm from Monday to Saturday (Postage options may be limited over the Christmas period).

In Person (No Booking Fee)

The Ticket Office, presented by Seat Geek, is open from 10am-4pm between Monday and Saturday and at least THREE hours before kick-off and up to half-time on home matchdays.

Booking Fees

A £1 per ticket booking fee will be payable for all tickets purchased online and over the telephone, while a £3 per transaction postage fee will be payable for tickets to be posted.

Allocation

A total allocation of 3,008 tickets has been made available for Rams fans.

Collections

Collections are not available from away stadiums. Collections are only available from the Derby County Ticket Office, 48 hours after purchase.

Concessions

Proof of age may be required on entry for any concessionary tickets.

Reselling Tickets

As per “Section 5” of the club’s Ticketing Terms & Conditions, any supporters found to be reselling match tickets will have their Away Ticket Membership suspended with no refund.

Refund Policy

All away tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In exceptional circumstances Derby County may be able to offer a refund, as long as you contact the club by email on [email protected], and on condition the ticket is returned to the Ticket Office at least 24 hours before the day of the game. This is entirely at management’s discretion.
