It is the second time the disgraced former prince has been seen on the Sandringham Estate since his arrest on February 19.
The protection officer and dog were in the passenger seat of his Range Rover as he drove to Marsh Farm.

The 66-year-old has been temporarily living at neighbouring property, Wood Farm, while he has been waiting to move into his new house.
He was kicked out of his home at Royal Lodge in Windsor and had his titles removed as his friendship with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein caused controversy for the royal family.

Marsh Farm has five bedrooms, but Mr Mountbatten-Windsor appears to need extra space for his staff with the addition of a large static caravan, which appeared outside the property this week.
Moving vans have been seen outside the home, with the King’s brother expected to move in permanently in April.

Mr Mountbatten-Windor was arrested at Wood Farm on February 19 on suspicion of misconduct in a public office.
He spent his 66th birthday in custody at Aylsham Police Investigation Centre for 11 hours.
The late Queen’s son is accused of sharing sensitive information with Epstein during his time as special representative for international trade and investment.
The first time he was seen after being released was walking his dogs at Sandringham on March 22.
