  1. There was no PSR when Chelsea did this.

Everton went into more debt than they were allowed, spending more on players than they brought in, giving them an advantage over the other teams. Then that same team, with the same owners, were deducted points to even up the advantage breaking PSR rules gave Everton over the teams around them.

There was no PSR when Chelsea did this, they could have legally paid Hazard £10billion a week if they wanted to back then, paying him a few million from an offshore account owned by Abramovich, that the rules would have allowed him to pay through Chelsea as they were at the time, to an offshore account owned by Hazard, was a tax con, Hazard and his agent didn't pay tax on the under the table payments that would have been allowed over the table.

It wouldn't have changed who they had on the pitch, it wouldn't have changed how Mourinho managed them, it wouldn't have changed what they won, it just dodged income tax like Messi was convicted of doing while he played for Barcelona.

It is not the same thing, plus none of the players are still at Chelsea, Abramovich doesn't own it anymore, and it was like fifteen years ago, this Chelsea team did not have an advantage over the teams around them this season. because of tax fraud fifteen years ago committed by someone else.

How would taking points off them make it right?

Everton and Forrest did have an advantage over the teams around them who didn't breach PSR, other than taking the players off them a points deduction was enough to even it back out for everyone around them.

  2. PL is so corrupt its unreal. Some of the biggest cheats in the World. Money talks. Chelsea and Man City should be kicked out. Maybe political too Spurs are going down because they have Jewish connections, the decisions against Spurs this season have been shocking. No Jewish club wanted in London……….

  3. The problem with globalists taking control of football in England. Is that they have sold off and marketed our football heritage to the world while killing and bastardising the culture that derived from that heritage, replacing it with the empty, sterile, and manufactured monoculture that everyone knows is devoid of heart and authenticity. You see it everywhere.

  4. Masters should’ve been sacked long ago!!!

Chelsea’s and City have bought their success and bought the favour of the PL.

Simon these clubs weren’t the big 6 before Abramovich and Saudi money was spent

  5. Why am I not surprised that Simon Jordan backs the non punishment, of Chelsea, by Premier League.
Evertons sanction of points was because a fine cannot be effective if a club has a rich owner.
Chelsea have not, repeat not been fined at all. £10.75 million fine punishes the Ukraine charity, no penalty against Chelsea

  6. Lets not investigate why Chelseas punishment was lenient and Masters corruption because it might unravel football finances… WHAT A JOKE!. The rich stay rich.

  7. Premier League wanted Everton being docked 18 points because they built a new stadium, but Chelsea got a slap on the wrist and a hug for willingly cheating to get a sporting advantage.

The football establishment have been breathing down Evertons neck because they are one of the few clubs who dared to question Super League. Butting heads with Premier League again, even though it should be done will make PL pee down Evertons neck the next time. Fairly questioning PGMOL, FA and PL once more will make Everton an even bigger hateclub for the establishment.

  8. They gained an ON FIELD ADVANTRAGE, which can steal money from other teams who finish lower, SCREW PSR, its a joke, hell allowing another league within a league us a JOKE, champions league fir 4th and 5th place teams, lmao

  9. Let's not forget that the premier league are allowing Burnley to sue Everton, sums upto £54 million are being mentioned, that is because they see Everton as gaining a sporting advantage which Burnley say may have resulted in their relegation, ok fair enough but what about the potential league titles and cups other clubs may have lost out on because of Chelsea's fraud.

  10. Jordan 's argument doesn't hold. The Premier League may be sold for a lots of money. But the product is fundamentally flawed if there's no level playing field. The fear mongering that he's preaching makes no sense either. Wages in the PL are totally out of control. Offering a 30+y old Casemiro £350K/week is bad management not a sign of the PL's strength. So less money in the PL wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

  11. So the reality is the top six can do what they want and the rest have to suck it up..because they are in control of the Golden Goose…this tells me everything about today's morally corrupt Football.

  12. so let me understand flick the corrupt EPL 10m say your sorry and you can do what you want – and lets not seek justice cause it might effect the sponsorship deals???

  13. Whatever ANYONE says, the Premier League are corrupt and clearly dont even care how in-yer-face they ALWAYS are about the various ways off field, but even ON it, during matches, they keep on PROVING this of themselves!.. (Especially, in games, via VAR, pretty evidently introduced to the PL NOT to clarify in-game 'situations' to 'help' (lol) the referee, but moreover to make sure the decision(s) is, are, given the way the PL WANT them to be).. Ironically, its also no longer even so easy to understand why the Premier League are STILL 'protecting', or using 'kid gloves' to deal with, a (still big?) club and team such as Chelsea, who aren't even particularly good – certainly nothing like the Chelsea of, say, ten years or so ago – most of the time, these days, anyway.. 🤷‍♂

  14. The clubs should be living within their means, if they are losing money then they are not fit for purpose. Who cares if they get relegated, it's their own fault, they shouldn't be playing the players such obscene amounts of money.

  15. Forget broadcast rights, the PL gives preferential treatment to the ‘big 6’. They should be punished in the same way as any other club in the PL. Chelsea and Man City charges will just get brushed under the carpet. The board and the CEO at the PL are a joke.

  16. Nonsense argument. If Chelsea was not in the prem it would still be the prem. Deducting points to try and relegate everton was scumbag action, I imagine Mancity will get a 11.5m fine for theirs despite being unhelpful. Im sure will be accompanied by some BS.

  17. Rules , its about the rules. One rule for some and another for the rest. I'd argue the Prem Masrers are damaging the brand.

  18. All Clubs now outside the so called Sky 6, should now say to Masters “ we now operate under Chelsea/ Man City Rules! . We will spend what we want! from now on. Sanction one Club and we form a Breakaway League!!!!

  19. Load of rubbish this Simon. If Chelsea had received a few points deduction for what was a pretty major historic breach, what are the consequences? The whole league's reputation destroyed? TV rights revenue disappearing? There would be practically no consequence for anyone except Chelsea. The City case may be different of course given the scale of the crime there.
