A police escort was spotted travelling near Southampton Airport, shown in a video.
The motorcade travelled past Southampton Airport Parkway railway station at about 9.30am on Thursday, March 26.
James Horn, 25, was stood at the train station when the procession went past.

“Then I saw the police cars and motorbikes coming along the road.
“I could not see who it was because the windows were blacked out, but there was a massive police presence around the car.”
James, who works in the NHS, estimated that there were three motorbikes and two Transit vans in the group.
A video shows an officer on a motorbike stopping traffic as they escort goes past the train station, with a mixture of undercover and marked police vehicles.
Police said it was normal operational activity.
