Bruno Lounge opened to the public on March 18 and is situated along Poole Quay, claiming to have created around 30 jobs for those in the community.

The business confirmed that the site has been ‘completely transformed’ by the Loungers design team, featuring murals, ‘richly patterned’ wallpapers, colourful tiling, stripped wooden floors, oversized vintage sofas, upholstered lounge chairs and an ‘eclectic mix’ of artwork.
Statement wall and pendant lighting create a series of cosy corners and elegant dining areas for guests to relax in throughout the day.
Rogan Lamont, general manager of Bruno Lounge, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be opening the doors to Bruno Lounge at last.
“Lots of locals will already know us from Delfino Lounge in Falkland Square, so we can’t wait to see familiar faces again, and to meet plenty of new ones too.
“This spot on Poole Quay is such a special place, and we’re excited for everyone to make it their new go to for great food, relaxed drinks, and good times.”

Discussing the reasoning for the name, the business said that Bruno, meaning brown, pays tribute to the Lounge’s setting near Brownsea Island.
Designed as a ‘true home from home’, Bruno Lounge are set to welcome guests from morning through to late evening with its varied and ‘innovative’ all day menu.
Whether it’s a catch up over coffee, a long, lazy brunch or a relaxed dinner and drinks, Bruno Lounge promises a warm, laid back space for every occasion.

Bruno Lounge will also run a series of weekly offers, including Tapas Tuesday, Cheeky Mondays and Cocktail Club.

A spokesperson for the Lounge said: “Families will feel right at home, with games, books, colouring pencils and pads available to keep younger visitors entertained.
