Hammersmith & Fulham Council has joined with the Environment Agency to offer local artists the chance to apply for a new public art commission at Swan Draw Dock in Fulham.

The commission will involve designing a bespoke metalwork panel and gate for the site, responding to its heritage, biodiversity and relationship to the River Thames.

This commission forms part of wider improvements to local flood defences across the borough. The commission fee is £5,000.

The application deadline is Tuesday 14th April 2026.
