Supporters can watch the first team train on Monday, March 30, between 11am and 12.30pm, with entry to the stadium first opening at 10am.
A total of 5,000 tickets are available, with seats allocated in the Kingsland Stand. Tickets are free of charge but must be booked in advance.
There is a limit of four tickets per person, and they will be released in stages, starting with season ticket holders at 11.30am on Wednesday, March 25.
This will be followed by members at 9.30am on Thursday, March 26. Any remaining tickets will go on general sale later that morning.
Supporters will be given the chance to watch preparations on the pitch and hear from members of the squad and coaching staff.
After the session, players will spend a short period signing autographs pitchside. Some players will not be present due to international call-ups.
