The first 12 penalties were all converted, before The Wood goalkeeper Ted Curd saved the Hammers’ seventh spot-kick and Charlie O’Connell then won it for the Hertfordshire side.
Ayinde joined Luke Garrard’s side on loan for the rest of the season last month, having previously spent time on loan at fellow fifth-tier side Rochdale last campaign.

He will look to help Boreham Wood reach the English Football League for the first time in their history.
They are currently fourth in the table with eight games left to play, but automatic promotion is out of reach as they have 20 points to make up on leaders Rochdale.
The Irish U21 international is yet to make his senior debut for the Blues, having signed for Ipswich from Cork City in January 2023, but was on the bench for Kieran McKenna’s side in the Carabao Cup earlier this campaign.
