Leeds United now have a fully fit squad, and Daniel Farke’s latest update removes any remaining margin for underperformance – with Noah Okafor now available.
Daniel Farke has made the situation clear, stating: “Okafor is back in team training since the beginning of the week. Everyone is available.”
That confirmation establishes a simple reality: Leeds no longer have any injuries affecting selection. Noah Okafor’s return matters because it ensures the squad is now fully available from a fitness perspective.
It is impossible not to love Daniel Farke 😆
The fire beast with some more magic!
His return now means no injury concerns are limiting Farke’s options across attacking areas or the wider squad. This gives Leeds a level of continuity that has not always been present during the season.
The only absence is disciplinary, not physical
The only player unavailable is Gabriel Gudmundsson due to his red card at Palace. That distinction matters because it confirms the squad is not being restricted by fitness, but a temporary suspension.

Gudmundsson was harshly sent off for a second yellow against Crystal Palace last Sunday. A decision that left Daniel Farke flabbergasted, but Mark Clattenburg believes the red card was the right choice.
A full squad changes the standard expected
With every player available, Farke is no longer managing around injuries or protecting certain positions. Selection becomes a matter of choice, which increases competition across the squad and raises standards.

That shift also removes any external explanation for inconsistent performances or disrupted preparation. Leeds have the depth and availability required to maintain performance across a demanding schedule.
Leeds have reached a point where availability is no longer a concern, and that changes the conversation around the team. With a fully fit squad in place, the focus moves entirely onto execution and results.
