No one wants to see a rival team — or any team other than their own, for that matter — win the Premier League title.
But every season, 19 sets of fans will be disappointed. The question is: how disappointed? Is it better for one rival to win the league over another?
Arsenal and Manchester City lead the way this season. Arsenal have gone 22 long years without being crowned champions, while Pep Guardiola’s side have become regular winners in that period.
Some fans of rival clubs may take exception to either side’s style of play, or fanbase, or history, or manager, or some of their players, or their owners, financial might or, in City’s case, the pending Premier League charges.
But, alas, one club has to win every year. So this season, we want to know: who would you prefer to win the Premier League — Manchester City or Arsenal? And why?
(Or, maybe more pertinently, who do you not want to win the title and why?)
Please fill out the questions below with your answers. Thank you.
