KATIE FELLOWS, 29, and of Spruce Close in Poole, admitted to possession of a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis, in Poole Bus Station in Poole on January 16. Fellows was handed a one-year conditional discharge.
MICHAEL STOKES, 21, and of Walm Lane in Cricklewood, North West London, was found guilty to theft from a shop, namely stealing items to the value of £2,262.47 from Halfords in Ferndown on March 7, 2025. Stokes was handed a community order banning him from entering Dorset for one year from February 24 and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £200 and a victim surcharge £114.
YAQUB AMBIA, 23, and of Blandford Road in Poole, admitted to three counts of making indecent photograph/ pseudo-photograph of a child, namely five moving images of category A, two still images and one moving image of category B and three still images and one moving image of category C. Ambia is subject to the sex offenders register and a sexual harm prevention order for five years, ordered to complete 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days, 120 hours of unpaid work, pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
DANIEL BURGIS, 45, and of Pilot Hight Road in Bournemouth admitted possession of a controlled drug of class A, namely heroin, in Bournemouth on January 31. Burgis was fined £120 and ordered to pay costs to Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
KARL GULLIVER, 45, and of no fixed abode, admitted to the assault a constable in the execution of his/ her duty in Spruce Close in Poole on May 26. Gulliver was fined £120 and ordered to pay £100 in compensation and costs to Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
