Sean Dyche lasted just 25 games in charge before Evangelos Marinakis parted ways with the last Nottingham Forest manager.
The Reds have employed their fourth coach of the 2025-26 campaign in Vitor Pereira, but with no wins in their last six Premier League matches, relegation fears are growing at the City Ground.
Under Dyche, Forest had won 10 games, drawn six and lost nine. However, with players turning on him behind the scenes, Marinakis was forced into yet another change in the dugout.
Pereira is already under pressure at Forest, with Fulham and Tottenham up next in the league. Yet, Dyche continues to spew out new quotes about his time on the River Trent.

Understandably, Forest fans have exploded at the new interview, lashing out at his âinability to change tacticsâ and his âvery poor substitutionsâ as manager.
Doesnât understand? Hoof it and hope, if plan A fails go to plan B and hoof it and hope. If plan B fails revert to plan A and hoof it and hope. Tactically blind during games that were clear to see to everyone else that we needed to do something different. Sean, Plan A or B or A.

Because the football he sent his team out to play was among the worst ever seen at my club. And the inability to change tactics when things werenât going well. Very poor substitutions too. #nffc

At the end of the day that doesnât show the bigger picture.
Canât say Iâve ever once heard this man take responsibility for anything. Always someone else or always another reason. Or its âwe are working hardâ

Another supporter hit out at his âabysmalâ style of football, so it is fair to say that his new comments around his departure from the City Ground are not going down well with the fanbase at all.
@kallumo_98: âBecause his style of football was abysmal. Never took any accountability. Kept going on about âthe hard yardsâ and not making subs until it was too late.â@BigGazLaw: âBlamed âkeyboard warriorsâ?? Football managers are the most insecure people going, even at that level.â@caldini4: âDyche keeps doing podcasts and coming out worse each time.âShould Forest be concerned by Vitor Pereiraâs start?
Pereira has been in charge for just five games, with his only win coming against Fenerbahce in the Europa League, albeit he then lost in the second leg in front of home supporters.
He also lost narrowly to Liverpool before a dreadful performance against Brighton.
Forest drew 2-2 with Man City, a game which should provide plenty of hope that Premier League survival is possible. Only other teams around them are playing well now.
Wolves have a huge role to play in the relegation race, while West Ham have sparked into life with a 1-0 win over Fulham. Tottenham seem the likeliest to join the Old Gold and Burnley in the bottom three.
