Everton manager David Moyes believes Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is good enough for a place in the England squad ahead of the World Cup.
The Scotsman’s side currently sit eighth in the Premier League, putting them in contention for European football.

In Moyes’ first full season after his return to the Merseyside club, his side are only five points off a potential Champions League place.
Despite Everton moving into their new stadium this season, the team’s best form has come on the road, as they have won seven out of 14 away from home.
The squad took a hit over the Christmas period as key players Idrissa Gana Gueye and Iliman Ndiaye helped Senegal win AFCON.
Additionally, new summer signings Jack Grealish and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall were out injured.

Ex-Chelsea player Dewsbury-Hall has been a revelation when fit, scoring six goals and assisting three in 22 appearances from midfield.
The uncapped 27-year-old has also pledged his international allegiance to England over the Republic of Ireland, meaning he is available for selection ahead of this summer’s World Cup.
On talkSPORT Breakfast with Ally McCoist and Gabby Agbonlahor, Everton boss Moyes was asked if Dewsbury-Hall could make a late bid for the plane to America.
Moyes said: “He’s played really well and made a huge difference. I mentioned Jack Grealish but Kiernan has made a more of a difference than anybody.
“When we was signing him I was saying ‘Get him, get him, get him.’
“He’s a very good footballer, I would have thought he wouldn’t be a million miles off the group of England players.

“It might have just come a bit quick for him to go to the World Cup but who knows what happens after that.
“There’s normally a little bit of change in things but if he keeps doing as well as he does he won’t be a million miles away from it.”
The World Cup is fast approaching, with England’s first game against Croatia on June 17 in Arlington, Texas.
It will be the nation’s first tournament managed by Thomas Tuchel and the German has to decide his 26-man squad with only one more international break at the end of March.
Pick of the bunch
One player from the Merseyside club who is a guarantee for the World Cup is England’s first-choice goalkeeper, Jordan Pickford.
The Sunderland-born keeper has ten clean sheets this season despite facing more shots than any other team.

His manager Moyes praised him on talkSPORT and said: “He’s a really good goalkeeper because he’s got good distribution and his agility as you can see.
“His save the other day [against Newcastle], I’m on the touchline thinking it’s in, the minute I saw Tonali strike I thought it was in.
“There was nothing he could’ve done more as he hits it really well but it’s a brilliant save.
“He has his moments that I need to tell him now and again as I think he’s better when he’s steady, not getting caught up in all the things he does.

“He’s an experienced player now and played plenty of games, he must be close to 100 caps for England now.”
The England goalkeeper has made 81 appearances for the Three Lions and will be hoping to add to it by playing the maximum amount of games at the World Cup.
