Chelsea’s search for new signings has ramped up in the last few weeks ahead of the summer window, and Victor Osimhen’s teammate Baris Yilmaz is the latest on the Stamford Bridge radar.

The Blues are already set to welcome two new attackers to the club this summer in Geovany Quenda and Emanuel Emegha, while Nicolas Jackson, Kendry Paez and Tyrique George could all return come June.

But that is not going to stop Todd Boehly and Clearlake, who are likely to be gearing up for another summer of spending. Certainly, a goalkeeper, a centre-back, a midfielder and a striker will be targeted.

Wingers could also be on the radar with Alejandro Garnacho, Pedro Neto and Jamie Gittens all failing to make the grade this season. The latest name on Chelsea’s radar is Galatasaray star Baris Yilmaz.

Chelsea scouts impressed by Yilmaz in Champions League

According to a report from Haber Sarikirmizi, Juventus have shown interest in 25-year-old Galatasaray winger Yilmaz after the two clubs did battle in the Champions League play-offs, with Gala prevailing.

But as per the report, Juventus are not the only side interested in signing Yilmaz, who has had a hand in 24 goals and assists this season. Chelsea scouts were also impressed by the Turkey star’s performance.

The report claims that Galatasaray will entertain offers in the region of £39m and £43.5m for Yilmaz, who has a contract until the summer of 2028. The World Cup is likely to delay any move for the attacker.

Yilmaz is not the only Galatasaray player on Chelsea’s radar

Yilmaz is one of Gala’s most-exciting players and certainly, one of the players with the biggest value. The Turkish giants boast former Premier League stars like Leroy Sane, Lucas Torreira, and Davinson Sanchez.

SCENARIO: Chelsea are closing in on the signing of Yan Diomande but must sell one of their current wingers first…

Who are you sacrificing? 👋

But one player constantly linked with a move to Chelsea is striker Victor Osimhen. The Nigerian ace is Galatasaray’s most-expensive player in terms of transfer fee and wages, but is set to leave this summer.

Osimhen is vying for a return to Serie A with Juventus and there is a chance that Yilmaz follows him to Turin. But there is a world where the duo could end up at Chelsea, with Osimhen a long-term Blues target.
