we don't really need to talk about raphinha, pedri, yamal, cubarsi and joan's place in starting lineup and about others:
Gerard Martin: Quite surprisingly in the last 13 matches where gerard martin has started, we have won them all. And not only that he is defensively far better than cancelo and we might also need cancelo in rb role during the absence of eric. And Balde's has been the underperforming to is own standard he hasn't been able to put great out put attackingly and Simeone targeted him the most in the first leg.
I saw many people writing about how rashford should start as a no 9 or olmo should be played as a false 9, but we need to remember no matter how bad ferran has been performing lately, he thrives in these situations. Last season he and eric were our main ballers during last minute comebacks and that's why we glaze him as "a great super sub, but not a good starter". but yeah we gotta take risks.
And fermin should be our undisputed CAM even if olmo is fit, fermin is if not the best but one of the best CAM this season.
BERNAL should start along pedri in the place of casado and olmo. Bernal provides everything a pivot should. His physicality, defensive contribution and passing awareness is unmatched by anyone in our team as a midfielder except for pedri. So if we pair bernal instead of olmo and casado, Pedri will get all the creative freedoms for creating chances, control the tempo without caring about defensive covers. And in these fast games, i would prefer bernal even if fdj was here.
And lets just trust Araujo.

How about cancelo starting on lb , because we need to attack more in this game instead of defending with martin
Martin anywhere that’s not CB, no thanks besides we need a start up that’s able to push forward mostly from both sides. That’s including Kounde and Balde/Cancelo on either sides

I would swap Eric Garcia with Bernal to have more speed and physique.
Olmo better as false 9, cancelo as LB, even we could try rashford but not at all ferran, this guy was doing nothing in la liga.
Pedri kounde yamal raphina out,rest them save them for UCL and la liga
Ferran has been invisible lately. And lets just trust Araujo is crazy. You cant say things about history and super subs, and then lets just trust Aruajo. Your theories are inconsistent. But lets be honest, their both probably going to play.
