How Messi could be higher then 3th place with no penalty goals?
With all the hate Ferran Torres has recently received here, I felt it was only right to offer a little historical nuance to his performances. Turns out he’s actually performing extremely well, probably much to the dismay of his clearly copious following of haters.
If Ferran was able to finish better, he would be among the top.
We just need a good starting striker, Ferran is a good backup.
David Villa was never the main guy our team depended on to score. This comparison is idiotic. Villa player on wings too. Ferran is a striker who is the main focal point to score and can’t for his life score. His is mid as they come.
Rather than putting numbers, I would suggest to understand context and also watch him play. 3 goals in 15 games in second half of season is criminal numbers for someone being a main striker and outlet for goals at Barca.
