GHEORGHE CURTE, 33, of Prince Wales Avenue, Southampton. Admitted to driving while disqualified from holding a licence and without insurance on the M40 Northbound of Banbury, Oxfordshire, on October 16, 2025. PETER TAYLOR, 63, of Allyn Court, Twyford Road, Eastleigh. Admitted to stalking involving serious harm or distress of a person in Bordon and Havant between December 15, 2025, and January 5, 2026. Also admitted to threatening to share a photograph of a person in an intimate state in Eastleigh on December 14, 2025. Given an 18-month community order and must complete 30 days of activity and appointments and 150 hours of unpaid work. He is also barred from contacting three people and attending three addresses for five years. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.

GARY RICHARDS, 61, of Pauletts Lane, Calmore. Found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence on January 15, 2024. Fined £345 and driving licence endorsed with six penalty points. Must pay court costs of £650 and a surcharge of £138.

LEO CARRUTHERS, 25, of Portswood Road, Southampton. Found guilty of common assault at Lymington Railway Station on July 5, 2024, as well as using threats or abusive or insulting words with the intent of causing a person to believe violence would be used against them. Must pay £75 in compensation and a £835 fine. Must pay court costs of £650 and a surcharge of £334.

JAMES LESTER, 37, of Boardwalk Way, Marchwood, Southampton. Admitted to failing to co-operate with a drug wipe in Southampton on January 2, 2026. Fined £200 and driving licence endorsed with four penalty points. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £80.

STEVEN POULTON, 58, of Bargates, Christchurch, Dorset. Admitted to drink driving on the A31 at Lyndhurst on November 21, 2025, when the proportion of alcohol on their breath was 70 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35 micrograms. Disqualified from driving for 40 months and must pay a fine of £120. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £48.
